This is a habits-based workshop exploring 4 key nutrition and lifestyle elements that support all health and fitness goals. We'll focus on one topic each week and you'll learn how to create habits that are healthy and sustainable.
The workshop is entirely online, consisting of video lectures, live Q+As and email check-ins.
Here's how it works:
Each Friday you'll get a link to a video workshop on that week's topic. I'll explain the impact of one nutrition or lifestyle component and discuss how to craft a behavioral goal that is appropriate for you. You can watch the video anytime over the weekend.
Each Sunday @5pm I will host a live Q + A via Zoom to give you personal support. By Sunday evening you'll decide the habit you are going to focus on that week.
Each Monday - Friday you'll get a daily check-in email from me. I know you're busy- it will only require a 60 second response. If you need extra help, don't worry; I'm here for you! And if you're excited to learn more, you'll have extra credit links throughout the week.
By the end of the four weeks you'll have four impactful habits to keep working on and expand. You'll also know how to design new habits as you continue your health journey, whenever you're ready for more.

I'M A COMPLETE BEGINNER/ SEASONED EXPERT; IS THIS PROGRAM RIGHT FOR ME?
Yes! If you have health, weight loss or mindful eating goals that you are still working toward, this program is for you. No matter what your nutrition level, I'll help you customize habits with just the right amount of challenge to fit your goals and lifestyle.
WHAT TECHNOLOGY DO I NEED TO PARTICIPATE?
All the materials are online, so you will need access to a computer or smart device that connects to the internet, lets you watch videos and check email. You can access Zoom for the Q + A sessions via the app or website, or by dialing in on your phone for audio only.
WHAT IF I CAN'T ATTEND A Q+A SESSION?
The live Q+A sessions are optional. If you cannot attend but need support I'm always available via email.
WHAT IF I CAN'T STICK WITH MY HABITS?
The goal is persistence, not perfection.
Grooving new habits is hard and progress is rarely linear- that's why we're doing this together. It's normal to encounter obstacles in the beginning. I'm here whenever you need me to help figure out how to adjust and stay goal-oriented.
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS?
I get it, life is busy.
But chances are the perfect stress-free time will never come. What's great about this program is its adaptability. We'll tailor each habit to fit with your life as it is now.
The check-in emails Monday - Friday will take about 60 seconds (unless you want extra support). The workshops will require about 30 minutes of your time each week, and you'll have the flexibility to watch them whenever it is convenient for you.
Assuming you sleep 8 hours a night, the total time per week is 1-2% of your waking hours. If your health and wellness are a priority, I can help you carve out this portion of your time.
